Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the unworn kippahs in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
